Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to cultivate loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and effective upselling.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and operational standards to reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Contribute to a cohesive store culture by collaborating with colleagues, supporting store routines and promoting a welcoming environment.
  • Manage transactions, stock handling and floor replenishment while multitasking in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales advisor or retail associate, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced store environment and to meet sales targets.
  • Charismatic brand ambassador with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for luxury retail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills; team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a polished, professional appearance and attention to detail.

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is required, ideally within a luxury or premium-brand environment, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales objectives and comfort working under a fast-paced, customer-focused schedule.

Education
