Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business, acting as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
  • Maintain active clientelling through all store CRM and client communication tools to nurture relationships and generate sales.
  • Sustain floor and stock presence, ensuring visual standards and product availability are upheld.
  • Collaborate closely with store management to translate business targets into actionable sales opportunities and daily priorities.
  • Leverage product knowledge packs to position products confidently and advise customers with passion and expertise.
  • Support store-level content and visual initiatives, contributing to in-store merchandising and basic social media/content activities when required.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, premium, or luxury segments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and motivate a retail team to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and clientelling applications to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Local language proficiency preferred for customer-facing communication (German).
  • Professional presentation and commitment to delivering inclusive, customer-centric experiences.

Experience
