Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Advisor (30h) in Marseille, France — temporary fixed-term role focused on weekend trading and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised advice.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store targets, with a focus on weekend trading.
  • Act as a motivating presence on weekend shifts, supporting and inspiring colleagues to achieve brand standards and commercial objectives.
  • Coach and develop teammates by sharing product knowledge, sales techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Michael Kors directives and ensure accurate stock handling and replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities with the ability to motivate peers and deliver coaching on the shop floor.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours relevant to a 30-hour part-time schedule.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or fashion is advantageous.
