Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Drive sales performance and meet individual productivity targets through effective client engagement and styling.
  • Execute store operational tasks with precision, including merchandising, inventory management and point‑of‑sale procedures.
  • Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships by proactively building clienteling activities and maintaining product knowledge of trends and styling.
  • Support omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools and technology to convert and retain clients.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop creative selling initiatives and localised merchandising ideas to maximise personal and store results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work to KPI-driven objectives.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, adaptability and a demonstrated drive to deliver results.
  • Exceptional customer‑service orientation with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
  • Comfortable with retail technology and omnichannel sales tools; entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience, ideally within fashion or luxury brands, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and providing high‑touch client service.
