Michael Kors seeks a Sales Associate (part-time, 15h/week) in Frankfurt (Goethestrasse) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed individual sales targets through personalised client engagement and proactive selling.
  • Execute daily sales-floor tasks to high standards, including merchandising, visual standards and stock management.
  • Inspire clients by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques and product assortments.
  • Collaborate with store management to identify and develop initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
  • Utilise all available retail tools and technologies (POS, clienteling processes) to grow sales and maintain customer records.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to continuous personal and professional development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to create exceptional client experiences.
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are desirable.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in retail sales, ideally within the fashion or luxury sectors. Experience driving individual sales targets and working on the shop floor in a client-facing capacity is required.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
