Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, ensuring inventory is merchandised to brand standards.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including processing incoming deliveries and accurate inventory put-away.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail, including replenishment, tagging and inventory counts.
- Support the selling team by preparing merchandise, prioritizing client-facing activities and responding to business needs.
- Sustain store cleanliness and visual standards throughout the trading day.
- Drive omnichannel business by leveraging available tools and technology to fulfill customer orders and elevate the client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Customer-service oriented with a demonstrated ability to support a client-focused selling team.
- Energetic, motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Organized and technologically comfortable with retail systems and omnichannel tools.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally including stockroom operations, inventory handling and direct support of a sales floor in a fast-paced, customer-facing luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
