Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience in line with Michael Kors’ brand standards and jet-set lifestyle positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and upselling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards on the shop floor and within the concession environment.
  • Build and nurture authentic client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless service, stock replenishment and smooth daily operations.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking retail environment while representing the brand with charisma and professionalism.

  • Proven experience as a sales advisor in a department store or luxury retail setting.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable customer service results.
