Sales Advisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised client engagement to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Execute all sales-floor activities to a consistently high standard, including product presentation and visual merchandising.
- Act as a keyholder when required, performing opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic store security responsibilities.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise individual and store sales performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques to advise and inspire clients.
- Use available sales tools and retail technologies to track client activity and drive conversion.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience in fashion or luxury goods.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent English (spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a keyholder role is preferred.

Demonstrable experience in retail sales within fashion or luxury brands; previous keyholder or supervisory exposure preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, or hospitality desirable.
