Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate as a member of the Jet Set retail team, providing cross-store support and maintaining a consistent floor presence.
  • Uphold brand image and grooming standards and model company behaviours using the behaviour tool kit.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product education and execution of selling service.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Use clienteling apps to maintain client communications and proactively manage the client database to grow sales.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through expert product knowledge and opportunity identification.
  • Follow loss-prevention procedures and H&S guidelines; execute visual merchandising (VM) standards and leverage technology for inventory management and sales analysis.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, fashion retail environment with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English preferred.

Experience
