Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and store sales performance to achieve and exceed targets through high‑touch clienteling and elevated service.
  • Coach, develop and mentor sales associates to refine selling techniques and maximize conversion and average transaction value.
  • Demonstrate and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across assortments; translate trends into selling opportunities.
  • Ensure post‑sale execution including shipping, alterations coordination and special requests to secure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support and resolve customer service issues, returns and product complaints swiftly to preserve brand standards and client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the store manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls and inventory integrity.
  • Train staff on register operations and execute management register functions as required.
  • Manage stock, receiving and shipping protocols, complete related paperwork and participate in inventories.
  • Maintain the selling floor and visual standards: ensure displays, merchandising directives and deliveries are processed promptly.
  • Monitor product performance, communicate replenishment needs and escalate merchandising concerns.
  • Uphold professional image and grooming standards and ensure adherence to time and attendance policies.
  • Support follow‑up for training programmes and assist in broader HR‑related activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or lead role—experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Demonstrable experience in clienteling, visual merchandising, inventory control and cash handling.
  • Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop team performance.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays; valid driver's license preferred if role requires offsite transporting of merchandise.

Experience

At least two years of retail experience with a minimum of one year in a supervisory or lead capacity; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in retail management, fashion merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
