Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties and adherence to operational procedures.
- Drive sales performance through coaching, motivation and execution of merchandising and clienteling strategies.
- Provide leadership and on‑the‑floor guidance to the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by coaching styling techniques and promoting repeat business.
- Support upper management in implementing strategic initiatives and achieving store targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate a retail sales team.
- Proven track record of delivering strong customer service and building long‑term client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility; prior supervisory or team‑lead experience in a customer‑facing, fashion or luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post‑secondary coursework in retail, business or fashion is advantageous but not required.
