Michael Kors is hiring a Store Manager for its Men's outlet in Mercedes, TX (Rio Grande Outlets). Lead store opening, retail operations and team development.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the opening and day-to-day operations of the men's outlet store, driving sales, customer experience and adherence to company standards.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and retain top retail talent while coaching and developing the store team to meet performance targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans using business analytics to achieve productivity and revenue goals.
  • Deliver operational excellence across all store processes including inventory control, visual standards and loss prevention.
  • Drive foot traffic and brand presence through local community engagement and elevated clienteling.
  • Maximise omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital and in-store tools and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven Store Manager experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium or outlet environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and develop high-performing teams and manage performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience using business metrics to drive sales and productivity.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a track record of delivering an elevated customer experience.

Experience

At least 2 years of relevant Store Manager experience with demonstrable success in leading teams, driving sales and executing retail operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience in luxury or premium brands and outlet operations is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
