Michael Kors seeks a Retail Sales Associate (Contract, 32h) for its Paris Saint-Honoré boutique — deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience and develop long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up
- Drive sales performance to achieve individual and store targets while maximising average transaction value and conversion
- Maintain high operational standards including accurate POS transactions, stock management and adherence to store procedures
- Implement and uphold the brand’s visual merchandising standards to ensure an elegant, on-brand boutique environment
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across Michael Kors product ranges (Michael Kors Collection, MICHAEL Michael Kors, Michael Kors Mens, watches, jewellery, footwear, eyewear, fragrances)
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to foster a positive, client-focused atmosphere and support peak trading periods (seasonal/holiday)
- Represent the brand with charisma and professionalism at all times, ensuring impeccable grooming and service etiquette
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion environments
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to build rapport and retain clients
- Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident ambassador of the brand
- Ability to work a 32-hour schedule and adapt to a seasonal, high-volume retail rhythm
