Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to maximise conversion and lifetime client value.
  • Act as a charismatic brand ambassador, cultivating sincere client relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling.
  • Ensure the boutique/shop-in-shop adheres to brand visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a cohesive, welcoming and refined in-store culture.
  • Manage multiple tasks during peak periods and support store operations including stock replenishment and POS transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales advisor in luxury retail or in a busy department-store environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to inspire trust and rapport with clients.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable and able to multi-task under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury fashion (e.g., BTS or similar) is advantageous but not mandatory.
