Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-centric sales experience to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store tools and digital capabilities to convert and retain customers.
- Perform daily retail operations with precision, including merchandising, inventory tasks and adherence to visual standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling expertise, trend knowledge and personalized service.
- Collaborate with store leadership to propose initiatives that increase traffic, conversion and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a demonstrable track record of customer engagement.
- Energetic, self-starting attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technologically literate with comfort using retail platforms and omnichannel tools.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within branded or premium retail environments, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and repeat business.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
