Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, high‑touch client service to achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Execute daily store operations with excellence, including merchandising, stock handling and presentation.
• Advise and inspire customers through expert styling guidance and up‑to‑date knowledge of trends.
• Employ available in‑store tools and technology to manage transactions, client records and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with store management to design and implement initiatives that maximize individual and store sales.
• Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant retail sales experience; luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated multitasking capability across operational and client‑facing duties.
• Fluent English; proficiency in the local language (French) highly desirable.
• Authentic brand ambassador with a passion for styling, fashion and customer engagement.
• Technologically comfortable and commercially minded, with a desire for professional development within Capri Holdings.

Experience

Relevant sales experience in retail; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is an asset.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, customer service or fashion preferred.
