Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through proactive client engagement and personalised service to achieve store targets.
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer service to build and retain a loyal client base (clienteling).
  • Support inventory management, including stock control, replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Execute company visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation.
  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure consistent sales performance and operational compliance.
  • Forecast store needs and communicate requirements to management to optimise product availability.
  • Adhere to and promote corporate policies, procedures and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion retail or boutique environment, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven customer-service orientation with an ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Capacity to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic retail setting.
  • Flexible availability to meet the scheduling demands of boutique retail, including weekends and peak periods.
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills: define issues, gather data and draw valid conclusions.

Experience
