Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through elevated levels of service and product expertise.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and proactively grow a repeat clientele using the client book.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, manage client inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across merchandise categories and advise clients accordingly.
- Close sales and oversee post‑sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests.
- Operate Point‑of‑Sale systems and execute all relevant register functions accurately and in line with policy.
- Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and visually appealing selling floor; assist with stockroom inventory and replenishment.
- Assist with shipping/receiving procedures, paperwork and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies, time and attendance procedures, and participate in training and development activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation and affinity for fashion and current market trends.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study or retail/merchandising coursework preferred.
