Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Proactively engage customers using clientelling apps and tools to build relationships and manage follow-up communications.
  • Maintain on-floor presentation and stockroom accuracy, ensuring merchandise is merchandised to brand standards.
  • Develop product expertise using Product Knowledge packs to confidently advise customers and close sales.
  • Collaborate closely with store management and colleagues to share market feedback, optimise store performance and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor sales results and customer metrics to identify opportunities and translate them into action on the floor.

Qualifications

  • Proven enthusiasm for fashion and customer service, with relevant retail sales experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to inspire peers to achieve collective targets.
  • Technological proficiency with mobile clientelling tools and point-of-sale systems.
  • Effective verbal communication skills; local language (English) preferable.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
