Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client experiences that convert into measurable sales results through active clientelling and product expertise.
- Execute all sales-floor duties to high standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment and visual presentation.
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to continuous personal and professional development in a dynamic retail environment.
- Advise and inspire customers through up-to-date knowledge of trends, styling techniques and product assortments.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise individual and store sales performance.
- Utilise available retail tools and technologies to optimise sales, client data capture and follow-up activity.
- Assume key-holder responsibilities as required, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic store security tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong multitasking capability and a service-oriented approach to client interactions.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Prior experience in a key-holder role or familiarity with associated responsibilities is preferred.
