Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience; build and maintain a repeat clientele using a client book.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and keep abreast of market and fashion trends.
  • Manage after-sales details including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a neat, fully stocked selling floor and organised stockroom; assist with inventory and visual merchandising.
  • Execute shipping, receiving and stockroom procedures and related paperwork according to store protocol.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately; comply with all POS, cash handling and register policies.
  • Participate in training, meetings and development programs; adhere to assigned work schedule and attendance policies.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Comfortable using retail POS systems and following inventory/operational procedures.

Experience
