Michael Kors in Hershey, PA seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to drive retail sales, deliver luxury client service and manage inventory.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience; build and maintain a repeat clientele using a client book.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and keep abreast of market and fashion trends.
- Manage after-sales details including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a neat, fully stocked selling floor and organised stockroom; assist with inventory and visual merchandising.
- Execute shipping, receiving and stockroom procedures and related paperwork according to store protocol.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately; comply with all POS, cash handling and register policies.
- Participate in training, meetings and development programs; adhere to assigned work schedule and attendance policies.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Comfortable using retail POS systems and following inventory/operational procedures.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury or premium brands, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
