Michael Kors in Oberhausen seeks a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant (10 hrs/week) at Westfield Centro to deliver luxury client service and build long-term relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience to national and international clientele at the Westfield Centro store.
  • Create and maintain a luxurious, welcoming sales-floor environment that reflects brand visual and operational standards.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Act as a charismatic brand ambassador, cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships and a loyal customer base.
  • Support daily retail operations including floor stock management, visual merchandising standards and transactional accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for delivering outstanding customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Results-oriented and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven setting.
  • Confident advisory skills with the ability to engage an international clientele.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional demeanour and a clear affinity for luxury fashion and brand representation.

Experience
