Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Retail Sales Advisor in Miramas, France to deliver high-end client service and drive store sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active client engagement and consultative selling.
- Execute daily operational tasks to store standards, including merchandising, stock handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, fashion trends and styling techniques to inspire customers.
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify and implement initiatives to maximise personal sales performance.
- Utilise available retail tools and technology to track leads, process transactions and support clienteling.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing store environment.
- Capacity to multitask effectively while maintaining service standards.
- Proficiency in English and the local language (French) to engage diverse clientele.

Demonstrable experience in retail sales; prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail is preferred and advantageous for delivering brand-appropriate client experiences.
