Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and exceptional client service.
  • Deliver elevated levels of service, leveraging product knowledge to convert and retain clientele.
  • Build and maintain a client book; execute clienteling activities including follow-ups, special requests and client outreach.
  • Manage post-sale details such as shipping, alterations (when applicable) and special orders to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately, process transactions and comply with all register and cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the selling floor; keep merchandise neat, stocked and presentation-ready.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to store policies on attendance, loss prevention and operational procedures; participate in training and development as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and an aptitude for merchandising and inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.

Experience
