Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and document projects across multiple retail workstreams from initiation through delivery.
  • Track milestones, deliverables and interdependencies; maintain project dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, prepare agendas and capture action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive on-time execution and quality outcomes.
  • Monitor project risks, surface issues promptly and escalate to senior project leads when necessary.
  • Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and participate in team retrospectives to enhance delivery practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management support, preferably within retail.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the New York City office to support retail business partners.

Experience

At least 3 years in project coordination or project management support, ideally with retail industry exposure and experience working with cross‑functional or global teams and both business and IT stakeholders.
