Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Cashier in Dallas/Fort Worth Metro. Deliver POS transactions, client service and merchandising support for the luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all POS policies and procedures.
  • Greet customers warmly, respond promptly to inquiries, determine needs and direct clients to the appropriate sales associate.
  • Support sales team by resolving client issues and assisting with follow-up as required to preserve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with merchandise handling: unpack, hang/fold product, apply or remove security tags and perform basic visual merchandising tasks.
  • Support merchandise floor moves and maintain overall store presentation to luxury brand standards.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and company time-and-attendance policies; maintain professional appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training preferred.
  • Demonstrable cash-handling experience and comfort operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule that includes weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of prior retail or cashier experience; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous.
