Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix (Scottsdale Fashion Square) to lead sales, clienteling and omnichannel retail execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive sales performance by delivering an elevated customer experience and coaching the team on selling, styling and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a client book; execute clienteling strategies to increase repeat visits and lifetime value.
  • Coach, motivate and mentor sales staff to achieve individual and store KPIs and foster professional development.
  • Execute omnichannel initiatives by leveraging available retail tools and technology to convert and fulfil sales across channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Proven leadership with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service targets.
  • Demonstrable clienteling, styling and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
