Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix (Scottsdale Fashion Square) to lead sales, clienteling and omnichannel retail execution.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive sales performance by delivering an elevated customer experience and coaching the team on selling, styling and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain a client book; execute clienteling strategies to increase repeat visits and lifetime value.
- Coach, motivate and mentor sales staff to achieve individual and store KPIs and foster professional development.
- Execute omnichannel initiatives by leveraging available retail tools and technology to convert and fulfil sales across channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
- Proven leadership with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service targets.
- Demonstrable clienteling, styling and consultative selling capabilities.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
At least three years of retail management experience, with demonstrable success in driving sales, developing teams, and executing clienteling strategies in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
