Michael Kors seeks a Ready-to-Wear Sales Associate in Miami, USA (part-time) to deliver elevated client service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused shopping experience to drive sales and long-term customer relationships
- Execute daily store operations with precision, including visual standards, cash handling and product replenishment
- Achieve personal and store productivity targets through effective multitasking, prioritization and time management
- Develop and maintain up-to-date product, trend and styling knowledge to enhance client consultations
- Collaborate with store management to design initiatives that maximise personal sales results
- Drive omni-channel sales by leveraging available digital tools and technology to convert and fulfil orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly self-motivated, energetic and comfortable engaging high-net-worth clientele
- Customer-service obsessed with strong styling and product advisory skills
- Technologically fluent with an appetite for using retail platforms and mobile selling tools
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within a high-end or premium fashion environment, with proven ability to deliver sales results and excellent client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or diploma in fashion, merchandising, retail or business preferred.
