Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience to local and international customers, with particular attention to Portuguese‑speaking clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and follow‑up.
  • Represent the brand with polished, consistent visual and service standards; maintain merchandising and presentation guidelines.
  • Manage transactions, returns and basic POS operations accurately and in line with store procedures.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in in‑store events and promotions as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken) — bilingual level preferred.
  • Demonstrable retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Strong commercial drive and ability to work to sales objectives.
  • Professional presentation and aptitude for upholding brand standards.

Experience
