Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience to local and international customers, with particular attention to Portuguese‑speaking clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and follow‑up.
- Represent the brand with polished, consistent visual and service standards; maintain merchandising and presentation guidelines.
- Manage transactions, returns and basic POS operations accurately and in line with store procedures.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention measures.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in in‑store events and promotions as required.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken) — bilingual level preferred.
- Demonstrable retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Strong commercial drive and ability to work to sales objectives.
- Professional presentation and aptitude for upholding brand standards.

Previous experience in retail sales is required; experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in a high‑traffic, performance‑driven boutique environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury retail is advantageous.
