Point-of-Sale Associate

Role & Responsibilities
- Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while following company POS policies and procedures.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and determine customer needs, directing clients to the appropriate sales associate when necessary.
- Support sales floor activities including unpacking merchandise, hanging/folding product, applying security tags, and executing visual merchandising tasks and floor moves.
- Assist sales associates with client issue resolution and provide the highest level of customer service to each customer.
- Adhere to work schedule, time and attendance requirements, and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented demeanour.
- Basic numeracy and proven cash-handling integrity; ability to operate POS systems accurately.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays, dependable punctuality.

Experience
Previous retail or cash-handling experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
