Part-Time Sales Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging in-store experience by greeting and advising customers and supporting teammates on the sales floor
• Process POS transactions accurately and create a memorable client experience
• Balance operational tasks across store functions, including replenishment, markdowns and stock handling
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness throughout the day
• Drive omni-channel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technology
• Prioritize and multitask to meet individual and store productivity targets

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a demonstrable ability to sell and deliver excellent service
• Energetic, motivated and able to act as a brand ambassador
• Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and ability to meet productivity goals
• Comfortable using retail technology and POS systems; able to adopt omni-channel workflows

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred but not required; entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related training preferred.
