Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that reflects the Michael Kors luxury positioning.
- Drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets through proactive client engagement and clienteling.
- Maintain operational excellence and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting, brand-consistent retail environment.
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships and grow the store's client base.
- Support daily store activities including stock management, fitting room supervision and cash/POS transactions.

Experience
