Role & Responsibilities

  • Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and cash‑handling procedures.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in‑store technology and available tools to fulfil orders and capture customer data.
  • Achieve email capture and sales targets through proactive, creative engagement with clients.
  • Support sales associates in identifying client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Perform general store tasks with speed and attention to detail to preserve store organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Consistent and adaptable communicator capable of engaging diverse client profiles.
  • Energetic, motivated, and customer‑service oriented with a demonstrable passion for fashion.
  • Technologically literate with an aptitude for point‑of‑sale systems and omnichannel retail tools.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced store environment.
