Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver an elevated client experience and sustained sales growth.

- Ensure operational excellence across store processes, visual merchandising and inventory controls.

- Technologically literate with experience using retail and omnichannel sales tools.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of proven Store Manager experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion and outlet operations; demonstrable success driving omnichannel sales and managing P&L responsibility is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
