Michael Kors is hiring an Online Sales Manager — Wholesale in London to lead EU digital wholesale strategy and manage key e‑tail partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing EU digital wholesale team, setting objectives and performance standards.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the EU online wholesale channel, partnering with Sales Directors and senior leadership.
- Own key account strategy and relationship management with major e‑tailers and online partners across Europe.
- Drive trading decisions and product assortments in collaboration with Merchandising to maximise revenue and margin by partner profile.
- Oversee forecasting, inventory planning and budget alignment with Planning to ensure operational delivery and profitability.
- Negotiate commercial terms and marketing investments with partners, and ensure execution of co‑marketing and promotional plans.
- Partner with Marketing to drive traffic, visibility and conversion across partner platforms, ensuring a consistent premium digital brand experience.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activity with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance to deliver channel objectives and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in online wholesale, digital account management or e‑commerce, preferably within fashion or luxury.
- Proven track record managing major e‑tailers and driving online sales and margin growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L outcomes and budget forecasting.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast‑moving, matrix environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in online wholesale, digital account management or e‑commerce within fashion or luxury, with demonstrable success managing large online retailers and driving sales growth.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience in digital wholesale/e‑commerce.
