Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and drive sales to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across men’s collections and provide personalised styling advice.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation and stock display.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, exchanges and after-sales requests accurately.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment and inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies, brand loss-prevention procedures and store operational standards.
  • Work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and promotional events; participate in team briefings and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or menswear brands.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with strong client acquisition skills.
  • Polished presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and commercial orientation.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in France.
  • Good command of French; English language skills are advantageous.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally in luxury or premium menswear environments, with demonstrable sales results and client relationship management.

Education
