Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive store sales and loyalty.
- Execute omnichannel sales strategies using all available tools to convert and retain clients.
- Perform daily retail operations with accuracy, including merchandising, stock management and POS transactions.
- Achieve individual productivity targets through prioritization and effective multitasking.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through styling, trend knowledge and proactive clienteling.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium apparel.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a self-starting, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for styling and delivering superior customer service.
- Flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment and openness to professional development.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and strong client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related field is advantageous.
