Logistics Assistant (Part-time)
Michael Kors in Kowloon City seeks a Part-time Logistics Assistant to manage Tradelink declarations, ERP data entry and after‑sales coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit Tradelink declarations for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform document filing, prepare reports and enter transactional data into the ERP system.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the logistics and after-sales teams.
- Inspect defective items, maintain after-sales service records and update system reports.
- Coordinate repairs with external repair centres and communicate repair status, lead times and charges to stores.
- Respond to regular store enquiries regarding customer repairs and store repair inventory.
- Execute ad-hoc operational duties and process improvements as assigned.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Tradelink declaration processes.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with Chinese word processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for store and vendor interaction.
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week (part-time schedule).
- Related logistics or after-sales experience preferred; university students are welcome to apply.
