Michael Kors in Kowloon City seeks a Part-time Logistics Assistant to manage Tradelink declarations, ERP data entry and after‑sales coordination.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit Tradelink declarations for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Perform document filing, prepare reports and enter transactional data into the ERP system.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the logistics and after-sales teams.
  • Inspect defective items, maintain after-sales service records and update system reports.
  • Coordinate repairs with external repair centres and communicate repair status, lead times and charges to stores.
  • Respond to regular store enquiries regarding customer repairs and store repair inventory.
  • Execute ad-hoc operational duties and process improvements as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Tradelink declaration processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with Chinese word processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for store and vendor interaction.
  • Availability to work 2–3 days per week (part-time schedule).
  • Related logistics or after-sales experience preferred; university students are welcome to apply.

Experience
