Lead DC Planning & Reporting
Michael Kors is hiring a Lead DC Planning & Reporting in Venlo, Netherlands — lead DC forecasting, WMS (Manhattan) and Excel expertise required.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily DC planning and reporting to ensure operational priorities and shipment completion are met.
- Forecast and coordinate capacity planning — aligning labour, space and workflow to demand to support on‑time order fulfilment.
- Serve as primary point of contact for urgent adjustments to the daily plan and align corrective actions with Operations, Logistics, Allocation and Customer Service.
- Engage cross‑functionally with all DC departments and associates to resolve problems and ensure service outcomes meet or exceed targets.
- Detect, investigate and resolve issues arising during wave execution; act as central problem‑solving escalation point.
- Monitor and manage daily pack‑outs, location availability on active picking areas (including aging) and location shortages for outbound orders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in related systems and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- HBO working‑and‑thinking level (Dutch higher professional education) or equivalent bachelor’s degree
- Proven hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems; Manhattan WMS experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Fluent English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
- Clear communicator with the ability to present information and follow/issue instructions in written, oral or diagrammatic form

Experience
Proven experience in distribution centre planning, logistics or warehouse operations with responsibility for daily planning and reporting; demonstrable, practical experience using a WMS (Manhattan preferred) and translating system outputs into operational plans.
Education
HBO working‑and‑thinking level (Dutch higher professional education) or equivalent bachelor's degree preferred.
