IT Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling and documentation across multiple IT and cross‑functional workstreams.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and maintain project dashboards and status reports for leadership.
- Coordinate and lead meetings, prepare agendas and capture and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of project activities.
- Monitor project risks, identify roadblocks and escalate issues to senior project leads when necessary.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in team retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination or project management support.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience coordinating meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred.

At least three years supporting or coordinating projects, preferably within eCommerce, retail or IT environments; experience managing Business and IT stakeholders and working with cross‑functional or global teams is highly desirable.
