Inventory Control Clerk
Michael Kors Inventory Control Clerk — Venlo: manage WMS, stock audits and GWP inventory for Capri Holdings' distribution operations.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily process audits to ensure inventory procedures are followed and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor, record and maintain Gift With Purchase (GWP) stock levels, allocating items to meet operational requirements.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, execute stock adjustments in the inventory system and document changes for audit trails.
- Compare physical stock across storage locations against system records and resolve variances promptly.
- Partner with operations, planning and other internal stakeholders to review processes and implement efficiency improvements.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and support ad hoc analyses to inform replenishment and stock allocation decisions.
Qualifications
- Working proficiency in English for daily operational communication.
- Minimum three years' hands‑on experience in inventory control within a warehouse or distribution centre (preferred).
- Experience performing inventory counts, reconciliation and root‑cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Practical experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (preferred).
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working with operations and planning stakeholders.

Experience
Preferably at least 3 years of practical inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigation and use of WMS.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification or certification in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations preferred.
