Inventory Associate

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, organized and fully replenished selling floor and stockroom throughout the day.
• Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Perform stockroom tasks — receiving, tagging, hanging, folding and replenishment — with speed and attention to quality.
• Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and responding to business needs on the sales floor.
• Uphold store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to brand specifications.
• Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technologies to fulfill orders and assist customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience; luxury or premium apparel experience preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented and customer-service focused.
• Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail tools and follow shipping/receiving systems.
• Flexible availability, able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including moving merchandise and standing for extended periods.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with exposure to inventory handling and omnichannel fulfilment in a branded retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
