HR Administrator (German speaker)
Michael Kors (London) seeks a German‑speaking HR Administrator to manage Workday, payroll inputs, T&A and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for HR operations, managing the shared HR inbox and responding to employee and stakeholder queries
- Prepare and produce employment contracts, starter and leaver documentation, and other legally compliant HR correspondence
- Prepare, validate and submit payroll inputs and monthly reconciliations in partnership with payroll providers
- Maintain and audit Time & Attendance systems to ensure accuracy of hours and absence records
- Administer and perform accuracy checks within Workday and associated HRIS databases/spreadsheets
- Manage working visa administration and communications with local authorities as required
- Coordinate occupational health processes and benefits administration
- Produce monthly HR reports and metrics for the business
- Support ad hoc HR projects and cross‑functional initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in an HR administrator or HR operations role
- Business-level proficiency in English; fluent written and spoken German
- Proven administrative accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems and payroll input processes
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Customer-service orientation with the ability to interact confidently across all levels
- Self-motivated, adaptable and able to meet tight, simultaneous deadlines
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years' hands-on experience in HR administration or HR operations, including exposure to payroll processing, HRIS maintenance and operational support for multiple stakeholders or markets.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent demonstrable HR experience will be considered.
