FP&A Manager, Wholesale

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and month-end close for US wholesale divisions.
- Analyze sales, margin and operating expense trends for the Wholesale division and identify drivers of performance.
- Consolidate US and Canadian wholesale reporting to produce a comprehensive North America wholesale view.
- Manage financial oversight of Global Production, Design and Merchandising expenses.
- Partner with the divisional president and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare financial presentations for the CEO and senior executives.
- Compile and review wholesale financials and disclosures in preparation for quarterly earnings releases.
- Perform ad hoc scenario analysis and special projects to inform strategic decisions for wholesale leadership.
- Manage and mentor one Financial Analyst, including delegation, review and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum seven years of progressive finance or FP&A experience in a fast-paced, analytical role.
- Proven leadership and ability to build strong internal partnerships across functions.
- Demonstrated flexibility and effectiveness in evolving, high-pressure environments.
- Track record of identifying process improvements and driving efficiency.
- Advanced quantitative aptitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Project management capability from concept through to execution.
Skills
Experience
At least 7 years of finance or FP&A experience, preferably within retail or consumer goods and ideally within a public company. Experience leading forecasting, budgeting and month-end processes, preparing executive-level presentations and mentoring junior analysts is required. Background in licensing accounting, earnings-preparation and multi-market consolidation is a strong plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
