Michael Kors in Lille is hiring a Footwear Sales Advisor (35h/week, Full-time) to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience through proactive clienteling, personalised service and long-term relationship development
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and consultative selling
  • Maintain impeccable operational and visual standards, including merchandising, store presentation and stock replenishment
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimise floor coverage, share best practices and drive a consistent brand culture
  • Use point-of-sale and CRM systems to process transactions, record client data and support KPI reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or luxury/premium brands and within department stores or boutique environments
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail and service standards
  • Charismatic brand ambassador with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for luxury retail and an entrepreneurial mindset

Experience

Previous experience in luxury or premium retail selling, ideally with footwear; experience working in a department store or boutique environment and a demonstrable record of achieving sales objectives is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or merchandising is a plus.
