Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client experiences and cultivate long-term customer relationships through personalised service and effective clienteling.
- Supervise, coach and develop store sales staff, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures and management directives.
- Lead daily retail operations to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.
- Motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives and support individual career development through coaching and performance feedback.
- Use all available retail tools and technologies (POS, CRM) to drive sales and manage customer data.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive workplace by demonstrating flexibility and promoting an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail; prior supervisory or team‑leading experience is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑demand retail environment; strong multitasking capability.
- Fluent English (required); proficiency in the local language (German) is desirable.
- Genuine passion for the brand and luxury fashion, with an ambition for personal and professional development.

Experience
Proven experience in retail sales with demonstrable customer service success; supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or management qualifications desirable but not required.
