Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary finance business partner to Corporate Executive leadership, providing timely analysis and decision support.
- Lead development and maintenance of the operating budget, long-range plan and quarterly forecasts in partnership with executive teams.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reforecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities and advising stakeholders on variance drivers.
- Coordinate the month-end close process including preparation of journal entries and ensuring expense recognition aligns with contract and invoice terms.
- Produce management reporting and trend analysis; prepare executive and Board presentation packages.
- Serve as liaison between Corporate Executives and the VP of FP&A, communicating strategic updates and financial implications.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate global reporting and analysis on corporate costs.
- Support earnings release preparation, including script review and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen quality and efficiency of financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 1–3 years of experience within a finance or FP&A function.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel; meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines and operate as a self-starter.

1–3 years of progressive experience in a corporate finance or FP&A role, preferably supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
