Employee Relations Specialist
Michael Kors (Capri Holdings) seeks an Employee Relations Specialist in London to support EMEA retail teams with ER casework, investigations and manager training.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary ER contact for assigned retail store management teams, providing pragmatic advice on policy interpretation, performance management, investigations, harassment, discrimination and dismissals.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and local employment legislation across the region, partnering with HR Business Partners and legal counsel where required.
- Lead or support workplace investigations in partnership with Loss Prevention and Store Managers to reach commercially minded, legally compliant outcomes.
- Manage ER casework end-to-end using established case management tools; maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and enable trend analysis.
- Analyse ER data and trends at store, country and EMEA levels to identify areas for intervention and training investment.
- Support workforce change activities, including restructures, position eliminations and workforce reduction, preparing documentation and escalating risks appropriately.
- Deliver store-level training and coaching to line managers to build capability in performance, absence and employee relations matters.
- Contribute to the evolution of ER policies, processes and reporting to improve service delivery and reduce risk.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employee relations best practice and local labour law/compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Proven judgement and problem-solving capability in complex, confidential employee matters.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence store leaders and HR partners.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR technology platforms.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in employee relations within a retail, hospitality or comparable consumer-facing environment, including conducting investigations, managing ER cases end-to-end and partnering with HR Business Partners and legal counsel across multiple locations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent professional experience.
