Deputy Store Manager
Michael Kors is hiring a Deputy Store Manager in Wolfsburg. Full-time role leading store operations, coaching teams and delivering outstanding customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the store’s commercial performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with brand standards.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, administrative duties and overall store governance in an efficient, structured manner.
- Lead, coach and inspire the retail team, setting an example and promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and structured customer-book management.
- Leverage omni-channel tools and retail technologies to maximise sales and conversion.
- Actively contribute to store-level planning, achievement of KPIs and execution of brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and leadership experience within a retail environment with a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Solution-oriented, proactive and adaptable approach when facing dynamic or ambiguous situations.
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with a strong interest in fashion and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills; English language skills are an advantage.

Experience
Substantial hands-on experience in retail sales and people management, ideally including prior responsibility for store targets and operational delivery in a fashion or luxury environment.
Education
Vocational qualification in retail, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is advantageous but not required.
