Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by delivering an elevated, consistent client experience and meeting sales targets.
  • Lead and execute opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling.
  • Build and maintain a personal client book; cultivate lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and traffic.
  • Activate and optimise omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital and in-store tools and processes.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the selling floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory control, loss-prevention practices and stock replenishment in collaboration with store leadership.
  • Assist with recruiting, scheduling and performance management to uphold staffing levels and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion retail.
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams, with demonstrable leadership and people-development experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced store environment.
  • Exceptional clienteling and customer service skills with a passion for styling and fashion.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

At least 3 years of hands-on retail management experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, with a track record of coaching teams and meeting sales targets.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
